Yes, as a referral partner. Under Canadian law only authorised representatives (such as RCICs and lawyers) may give immigration advice for a fee, so referral partners in Canada introduce clients and our licensed team advises them.
Not for the referral or institutional models. Branch / franchise partners need a suitable office, and we help you set it up.
